WHAT IS THE MEMBERSHIP PORTAL?
The membership portal is where you edit and manage your IAHC account.
HOW DO I LOG IN TO THE MEMBERSHIP PORTAL?
Your username is your email address and your password was sent to you via email.
WHAT INFORMATION CAN I EDIT IN THE MEMBERSHIP PORTAL?
You can change your address, phone number, and all personal information except for your name. Once these changes are made, it will take up to 1 business day for these changes to reflect in Pearson VUE.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE ANY INFORMATION?
If you need to change the name in your account so that it matches your legal ID, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW MY LOG IN INFORMATION?
Check your email account for an email from Pearson VUE with your Authorization to Test information (make sure you check your SPAM/junk folders).
WHAT IF I CAN’T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD?
Click the membership portal link at the top of this page to log in and click Forgot My Password to reset your password.
